Age Group • Grade School (3rd-6th grade) 1-3pm Requirements: • 2 years team play experience • Maximum 30 athletes • $65 per Athlete Details: 2 Hrs total: • 1hr Individual development During this hour, the athlete will be challenged individually, testing their ability to listen and comprehend with action based on the drill requirement. First hour of the clinic will focus on “Try-Out” style of training, getting the athletes accustomed to the demands and expectations of try-outs for their respected schools. • 1hr Team competition/Conditioning & Performance During this hour, athletes will be broken into groups where they will perform a series of On/Off Court training. Each group will be challenged to push pass their comfort zones, and over exceed the limitations prior to attending the clinic. Testing their mental strength and relying on the members of their group, athletes will build character and accountability; which are essential in team sports.
