Welcome to LHBA West first All Girls Weekend Camp August 28 - 29! This camp will be for all young women athletes entering grades 3rd-8th for the school year. The camp will consist of skill work, performance training, competition, and most of all fun! Drop off for our weekend camp will be between 8:30am-9am and pick up will be at 1pm. Athlete's will not need to bring a lunch, but bringing a snack is recommended. Our camp schedule will be: 8:30am-9am - Drop off/Shoot around 9am-9:15am - Warm up 9:15am-9:30am - Ball Handling 9:30am-10am - Finishing/Shooting 10am-10:45am - Defense/Performance 10:45am - 11am - Snack Break 11am - 11:30am - Guest Speaker 11:30am - 12pm - Team Concepts 12pm- 1pm - Competition There is no need for your athlete to bring a basketball, but if they do so please make sure their name is on it. We are not responsible for and lost, damaged, or theft of personal items.
